PURCHASE CONDITIONS

These general conditions of contract apply to all commercial transactions in our shop, www.tacha.es/tienda, hereinafter TACHA SHOP. For more information about TACHA and our Privacy Policy refer to Legal Notice.

We ask you to carefully read these purchase conditions and our privacy policy before ordering. If you do not agree with all purchase conditions and privacy policy, you should not make any order.

ACTIVITY

TACHA SHOP is dedicated to the online sale of products and services for beauty, hairdressing, aesthetics and aesthetic medicine.

CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE

TACHA SHOP reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. TACHA SHOP makes every effort within its means to provide the information on the website is accurate and without typos. In the case that at some point a mistake of this kind at all times outside the will of TACHA SHOP occurs, immediately proceed to correction. If there is a typographical error in one of the displayed prices and a customer had made a purchase decision based on that error, TACHA SHOP will inform the customer that error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on your part.

The website content of TACHA SHOP may, at times, show provisional information on some products. In the case that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on your part.

TACHA SHOP is not responsible directly or indirectly of any information, content, statements and expressions containing products sold by TACHA SHOP. That responsibility falls to manufacturers or distributors of such products. Customer understands that TACHA SHOP is a mere intermediary between him and that manufacturer or distributor.

APPLICABLE TAXES

Prices of products displayed on the website of TACHA SHOP, include Value Added Tax (VAT), if any, is applicable.

No deliveries are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. For specific cases you can contact us by phone at 913076829.

PAYMENT

When ordering, the customer can freely choose the payment method, by credit card or through the PayPal platform.

In certain cases and to prevent fraud, the seller reserves the right to ask a customer a specific payment in the event that is not proven conclusively the identity of the buyer.

FORM, SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY PERIOD

The customer must know that the delivery period, the quality of the service, the delivery address and the transport have a cost of €6, if the purchase does not exceed €150. The customer can select the delivery method among the possible area for shipping. You should be aware that delivery, service quality, the delivery point and the cost will be different for each mode of transport.

TACHA SHOP ships orders to its customers through Envialia, a prestigious transport company. The delivery date at the customer’s address is 48 hours, except for force majeure and except for orders placed after 3pm on Friday, which will be processed the following Monday.

Before confirming your order will inform the customer about a shipping and delivery times, both for guidance, that apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.

Especially: Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and difficulties in delivering the goods.

BUYER’S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

The minimum age to purchase at TACHA SHOP is eighteen years. TACHA SHOP guarantees its customers the option to cancel your order at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer shall have a period of fifteen days from receipt of order to resolve the contract and return the product purchased. The customer shall notify TACHA SHOP within the stipulated time and for any lawful means, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered in the same perfect conditions of delivery.

The customer may return any item you purchased from TACHA SHOP as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging. In the case of services, the customer may cancel the order within 15 days after purchase. In these cases, TACHA SHOP, will refund the money in the same payment method (bank card, Paypal).

In none of the cases, the shipping costs will be returned, since they incur a company outside our own.

If a different product requested by the client was mistakenly delivered to TACHA SHOP, it will be retired and given the right product at no additional charge to the buyer.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The customer of TACHA SHOP agrees at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in user registration form or placing an order, and keep them updated at all times.

The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of understanding that reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried by TACHA SHOP.

It also undertakes to keep confidential and with utmost care their personal access codes to our website.

The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order requested by providing a delivery address where it can be delivered the order requested within the usual time of delivery of goods. In case of default by the client of this obligation, TACHA SHOP shall have no liability for delays or inability to deliver the order requested by the customer.

In addition, in case of rejection of the order, the buyer will be obliged to pay all expenses that have occurred such as shipping, return and handling costs.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The purchases made with TACHA SHOP are subject to the laws of SPAIN.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts of Madrid.

RETURN POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS

We provide the following forms of payment:

– Credit card through virtual TPV cards accepted: Visa, 4B and Mastercard.

– Paypal.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments are made through a national transport agency.

Shipping costs have a fixed cost of €6, except purchases over €150, whose shipping costs will be free. For specific cases in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where no shipments are made, please contact us at 915 612 433.

TACHA SHOP is not responsible for additional charges or refunds of excise duty due on arrival, customs or similar.

RETURNS

Once the order has been received, the user has a maximum period of 15 calendar days to return the product, and will receive the refund by the same payment method.

In case of shipment error by TACHA SHOP the shipping costs will be borne by us. In the opposite case, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

DELIVERY PERIOD

Delivery period is 48 hours, from the confirmation of payment, except for orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, which will be processed the following Monday.
These terms are indicative and TACHA SHOP reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the control of the company.

In any case, we will always try to shorten delivery times to the maximum in order to ensure fast and efficient receipt of orders.

The fact of having an order paid in advance does not obligate TACHA SHOP to complete the operation in the event that for reasons beyond the control of the company or stock breakages. In this case, the money will be refunded.

Delivery period with stock in the Balearic Islands can take between 5-10 days for reasons beyond the company (transport, customs …).

GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to execute their right of return.

To make a return the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of return and checked the condition of the products we will refund the amount by the same payment method.
